Courage in Taking Steps

The other day I wrote something on LinkedIn that I think all of my readers on here could get use out of. It was about the courage in taking the first steps.

Fear is everywhere and it is always in the way of doing something. It is usually there when giving a speech to a crowd, starting a conversation with a stranger, starting a new chapter to teach, or trying to sale a service or product you enjoy and care about. The words won’t come out right and it will not be perfect the first time. It comes down to starting the awkward first steps that get you to the other side. That is courage.

When I went back to this post the other day and looked over the responses I got from it, it made me think about my art making. Specially the Redbubble stuff I post out there. It is not perfect, but you have to take those first steps. Then I thought about all the good people out there with talents. I wondered, How many people are out there just steps away from starting greatness and finding their new story?
